Smells like: Since there are no fragrance oils or essential oils added, thanks to the natural scent of Neem oil and Cocoa butter, you are left with a very clean, herbal, almost butte natural scent.
Story: ”My husband has a rather sensitive skin so I wanted to make a bar specifically for sensitive skin that had no colorant and no fragrance, but I was afraid that it was going to smell like the ones we used in Cuba growing up that the government would provide. This is not a good thing! IT WAS NOT GOOD! I decided to add Neem Oil for its amazing properties to help sooth irritation and promote healthy skin thanks to his rich fatty acids content. But if you have ever smelled neem oil, you know it’s one of those things that you will never forget. So I had a theory that maybe once cured it wouldn’t smell that strong, and mixed with the organic cocoa butter’s natural scent, it would sort of faint and not smell like jabón nacar, or batey from Cuba. My theory was correct! It worked! Plus the combination of oils made a wonderful silky and super strong bar that will be in our shower all year round now.”
